About Us

The L.J.Farley,Corporation, trading as LifeSpan Health Plus, was founded by a group of physicians, nurses, and experienced business people in December, 1996. The purpose of the company was and remains to bring quality dietary supplements to persons over 30 who are looking for a healthy future.

Until LifeSpan Health Plus brought ProSina to the public attention, most men thought that the answer to their urination problem with a dietary supplement was saw palmetto. However, they did not realize that the active ingredient in saw palmetto is beta-sitosterol. Beta-sitosterol is the primary ingredient in ProSina. Now of course everyone has added some beta-sitosterol to their formula.

Malegard was formulated in 1997. It has help thousands of men to maintain a healthy PSA as reported in surveys of Malegard users from 2004-2009.Just ask for your report either by phone or write to us and we mail you a copy.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with any item, simply return it to us for it for refund of it's purchase price. This does not include postage. We credit the same credit card you use to purchase. If you paid by check/money order we will issue a check for the refund. Product must be returned in 60 days from date of purchase.That date appears on your invoice. Refunds are credited within 10 days after the product has been recieved by Lifespan Health Plus. Return address is:

If you have a problem, please state the problem clearly to the telephone operator so he/she can pass your message on to a customer service representative who will call you back. Give your complete name and ZIP code. We need this information to research your record. We make up to 3 call backs.
